please ensure submitted files are to the following specifications.

* FILE FORMATS

JPEG / PDF / TIFF / PSD / AI / EPS
PLEASE CONVERT ANY TEXT TO OUTLINES, FLATTEN YOUR ARTWORK,
OR SEND THE FONTS WITH YOUR FILES.

* cOLOUR SPACE/MODE

cmyk is the standard for document printing.
rgb IS THE STANDARD FOR PHOTO PRINTING.
rgb is also the standard for web and screen graphics.

* mARGINS

a 3mm bleed (added height & length) is standard.
however, an additional 5mm margin, set inside the document bounds,
is a sure way of preventing important text or imagery being lost
or incorrectly cropped.

* fILE SIZE & RESOLUTION

images submitted for print should be no less than 300dpi.
images submitted for web/screen, should be no less than 72dpi.
with photos, please ensure the image's file size is at least
1,000 PIXELS IN ANY DIRECTION. this usually ensures that the image
quality is suitable for editing and also printing.
banners should also be 300dpi, but produced at 25% their INTENDED size.
